Today, we’re proud to share that our Battery Recycling Facility includes a best-in-class inert-atmosphere shredding unit with systems built end-to-end for worker health, environmental safety, and ultra-high material yield.

Here’s what makes the Battery Shredding Unit uniquely powerful:

  • Operates in a nitrogen-based (inert) environment during shredding to eliminate the risk of thermal runaway or fire.
  • Features electrolyte recovery system: capturing and condensing electrolyte vapours that are otherwise hazardous to workers and the environment.
  • Equipped with advanced scrubbing & multi-stage filtration system to ensure emissions (dust, VOCs etc.) are well controlled.
  • Exceptionally high yield and purity of black mass, enabling us to deliver battery-grade recovered metals for OEMs, giga-factories and precursor manufacturers.
