Rubamin has recently partnered with Tata Indian Institute of Skills to upskill our workforce in end-of-life battery management, reinforcing our shared commitment to safety, integrity, responsibility, and operational excellence.
As highlighted by Tata Indian Institute of Skills, the program focused on industry-driven, job-ready training in EV battery end-of-life management and Li-ion recycling, bridging the gap between theory and real-world operational challenges.
We lead by addressing real-world challenges and driving impactful change. Recently, we successfully concluded an industry-driven EV Battery End-of-Life Management & Recycling training program in collaboration with Rubamin at our Ahmedabad campus. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to creating a sustainable future powered by skill development.
The program empowered participants with job-ready skills to tackle the growing challenges of Li-ion battery recycling. It bridges the gap between theory and practice, ensuring learners are equipped to address real operational risks faced by EV recyclers.
Continuous collaboration with industry leaders like Rubamin strengthens our ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.
Gujarat Budget for FY27 was presented at the Gujarat Legislative Assembly, followed by an interaction between Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel and industry leaders. Rubamin was represented by Executive Director Mr.Bhuwan Purohit and Head Legal Ms.Susheela Maheshwari, where discussions emphasised the need for continued policy support to accelerate growth in the critical minerals recycling sector.
